Step into a space of deep rest, stillness, and energetic renewal.

Each Reiki + Sound Healing session begins with a gentle 10-minute sound bath designed to help quiet the mind, soften the body, and create space for you to settle fully into the present moment. From there, your practitioner will guide you through 50 minutes of Reiki energy healing, creating a deeply restorative experience tailored to what you need that day.

Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive energy practice that may be experienced through light touch or hands hovering just above the body. Your session may include a grounding body scan, intentional focus on a particular area or concern, or simply allowing the energy to flow intuitively.

The combination of sound and Reiki creates an intentional transition from the outside world into a quieter, more inward space—supporting relaxation, mindfulness, and a sense of balance.

Every session is different and may be guided by what you are experiencing physically, emotionally, or energetically that day. There is nothing you need to do, accomplish, or “get right.” Simply arrive as you are, get comfortable, and allow yourself to receive. Come as you are. Leave with a little more space within.

Hunter's Full Moon South Bath - 10/25 @ 12pm

As the season settles into autumn, the Hunter’s Moon invites us to slow down, turn inward, and take stock of what we’ve gathered - within ourselves and throughout the year.

Join us for an intimate evening at The Space Between as we create space to pause, reconnect, and gently release what no longer needs to be carried forward.

The evening will begin with a guided meditation to settle the mind and ground into the energy of the season, followed by an immersive sound healing experience with singing bowls and other instruments. Reiki energy will be woven throughout the experience, offering an opportunity for deep rest, relaxation, and reconnection.

Come exactly as you are. Leave with a little more space within.
No experience with meditation, sound healing, or Reiki is necessary.

At-Home Wellness Collaboration w/The Space Between Studio & Healing Hudson Spinal Flow

There's something special about healing in your own space, surrounded by the people you care about most. This is Reiki and Spinal Flow, brought straight to your living room — an evening built for rest, release, and reconnection.

The night opens together: everyone settles into a shared sound bath & guided meditation, sound bowls easing the whole room into stillness before anything else begins. From there, it's one on one — a rotation of Reiki & Spinal Flow, while the rest of the group relaxes nearby.

For every guest — $15
A 15-minute group sound bath and guided meditation to open the night. Included no matter which tier you choose.
Tier One — Choose One — $50
20 minutes, one on one, with either Reiki or Spinal Flow. A gentle way in for anyone new to bodywork, or simply craving one kind of quiet.
Tier Two — Reiki & Spinal Flow — $85
20 minutes of each, back to back. The full evening, fully felt.

Hosting Options:
Host at home — No extra cost, just a cozy corner or two to work with.
Prefer to gather somewhere else? — We'll open The Space Between Studio for your party for a flat $30 studio fee, split however feels fair among your group.

Good to Know:
Parties are best with 4–6 guests. Hosts receive their session free with 4 or more paid guests booked (50% off for smaller groups). A deposit holds your date, with final headcount and tier selections due one week out.
